Returns are not accepted for any FOX & CO. Haircare products. However, if the order you receive is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@foxandcobeauty.com and we will gladly work to resolve your issue. You can expect a response in 2-4 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
At this time we do not accept refunds. We are confident you will appreciate our high-quality products. However, if there is a problem with your order such as spillage or damage, we are happy to replace those items.
